JAMES RIVER FOUNDATION REPAIRS PHASE 3 AND 4

Phase 3 work will consist of removing concrete backfill on bracing, replacing the existing H-Shaped pile bracing with closed shaped (tubular bracing) and encapsulate bracing on five (5) N-Series towers.

Phase 4 work will consist of cleaning vertical and battered piles of debris and encapsulate piles with a 36" circular reinforced jacket.
