Replacement of parts to the Passive Waterfront Barrier (PWB) moorings at Naval Base Marianas, Guam. This barrier system protects the inner Apra Harbor.

The installation of six (6) 6” “Drill and Leave” conduits from the Alupang Beach area of the island out of approximately 4000 linear feet is needed to ultimately receive  data/telecommunications cables.  The diving tasks associated with this project included the removal of the drilling head from the drill stem followed by the installation of a pull-back line that will be used in the future to pull the data cables through the conduit. Diving depths approximately 147 feet of seawater (FSW)
