This project includes the replacement of the entire existing bulkhead and fender systems with a new steel sheet pile bulkhead, tie-back system, and fender system. The new bulkhead will be 2 feet higher than the currently existing sheet pile bulkhead and will be approximately 307 feet long with short returns on each end. The replacement will be done in two seperate stages, leaving one half of the bulkhead available for use at all times during construction.
