Heavy marine construction Estimator needed immediately for our Chesapeake, VA home office.  The right person will have had a minimum of 15 years experience in heavy civil/marine construction with at least 5 years Estimating and 5 years Project Mnagement experience.  Proficient with the following software: Suretrak, P3, HCSS, Autocad, MS Office and MS project.
