Employee Training
Welcome to Precon University, whether you are a new hand or an "old salt", safety training is essential to succeeding in the marine construction industry. We are committed to providing our employees with the fundamental tools required to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and productively.
All employees are required to complete each of the Safety Training courses found here within 30 days of their hire date, and upon successful completion of all the courses will receive an additional $250.00 in their paycheck. As you master each of the courses, you will be able to print a Certificate Of Completion for you records.
